Dr Debi Prasanna Mohanty Chairman of Manorama Foundation since January 16, 2017. He’s been actively involved in the strategic planning, analysis and expansion of programmes at every stage. An alumnus of Centurion University. He was formerly the Founder and Principal of the St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Puri, Odisha. He worked as a teacher trainer and duely certified as the master trainer from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi. An eminent educationist Dr. Mohanty having more than 20 years of experience in school administration, academics and pedagogy. He has used his vast experience in learning, teaching and assessment to help develop curriculum that brings a difference in the learner’s potential. He has realised his passion for education by working as an educational consultant for various schools and has developed supportive assistive technologies in the new educational framework.

Smaranika Panda is CEO of Manorama Foundation. She is a consultant psychologist and psychotherapist having more than 28 years of experience in Educational Institutions. An education lover, great motivator, teacher trainer and a great counselor. Smaranika is a well known personality throughout the state. She is a certified master trainer for teachers and also an organizational psychologist par excellence.
Being a communication faculty for management institutions, she has brought a sea change in young adults verbal and non verbal language compression. She is adored by her students as an excellent soft skills trainer. As a visiting faculty at IHM, Bhubaneswar, she has contributed to the areas of skill development programs like hunar se rozgar. Organizations have appreciated her psychometric testing skills, which she blends within her training modules to ensure the optimisation of potentials and empowers every employee to the best of their ability.
As a Parenting Coach she has bagged the confidence of hundreds of parents for pulling them out in their trying times.
